Tuition Information and Fees
Constituent tuition scholarships are available to those students whose families are members of either the Oak Harbor Church or the Oak Harbor Spanish Church.
If any tuition payment or fee remains unpaid for 30 days after it is due, WCES will send a letter advising parent or guardian that financial arrangements with our Finance Department must be made.WCES will send a letter advising parent or guardian that financial arrangements with our School Board must be made.
2009-2010 Tuition Rates
If Entrance Fees are received on or before May 15th, there will be a $50 discount per student!!!
Entrance Fees
Elementary Grades 1 - 4 $195
Elementary Grades 5 - 8 $220
If full year Tuition is received on or before August 25, there will be a 5% discount!
Tuition Yearly 10 ~ Month
Elementary Grades 1 - 4 $1950 $195
Elementary Grades 5 - 8 $2200 $220
Student Aid
Whidbey Christian Elementary Schoool desires to help out families who are committed to Christian education despite financial struggles. There are some funds available to assist those families who have a real financial need in order to keep their children in our school. There is a separate application and procedure to follow if you wish to apply for those funds. Please ask for the application.
Other Charges
Field trips, extra-curricular activities, or specific school programs may require additional fees.
Damage or loss of textbooks - cost of book plus $5.00.
Replacement of damaged property - cost of damaged property plus labor.
Damage or loss of library books - cost of book plus $5.00.
